Thanks to the modular design of our machines and the use of integrated standard components, we can respond flexibly to a wide range of requirements and design custom systems tailored to our customers’ needs. This is possible both in small series and as one-off solutions.

Our custom-built systems are used wherever complex cleaning requirements must be met or where equipment needs to be integrated into existing systems. In close collaboration with our customers, we passionately develop innovative cleaning solutions, for example in industries such as oil extraction, fiber production, sugar processing, and bottle filling.

Our portfolio also includes trailer-mounted units with integrated water tanks for landscaping and horticulture, as well as robust systems for mining and tunnel boring—and much more.

One example: our customer inprotec AG approached us in search of a no-compromise solution for thorough tank cleaning at their production sites. Inprotec processes various liquids into granulate, requiring the massive tanks to be reliably cleaned without residue before each new batch.

We developed the HST5060 high-pressure cleaner as a custom solution. It cleans the tank using a top-mounted, specially designed tank cleaning unit with a flow rate of 60 L/min at 500 bar. The 500-bar pressure is transferred to the nozzle without any performance loss, which convinced inprotec AG of the long-term value and performance of our solution.
