From the initial idea to the final product: Our goal is to create products that fulfil the comprehensive requirements of tough everyday use exceptionally well. In order to meet these quality demands for robustness and durability, many individual components have to work together.
Quality through Experience in Design
Our units have been developed through 40 years of intensive study of pressure water systems. Through constant exchange with customers and product manufacturers, the units have been meticulously thought out down to the last detail and optimised in 3D drawings to optimally meet the requirements. This includes, among other things, designing the individual components so generously that they never exceed the performance limit in order to ensure longevity.
Quality in the Production Process
From order entry to delivery, we track the process through our inventory control system. This enables us to guarantee traceability over a longer period of time, assure defined processes and thus maintain a constant level of quality.
Quality through Supplier Selection
We source the main components of our units directly from renowned manufacturers whose quality we rely on and with whom we have a long-standing partnership. Coordinating the individual components with each other is a complex undertaking that requires a lot of experience, technical understanding, close cooperation with suppliers and persistence. We invest a lot of effort in this, because the device can only be as good as its weakest element. That's why the quality of every detail matters.
In order to achieve a uniform standard for the customised components, for example for our frame racks, we supply the 3D construction drawings, which were created in-house with CAD, to a metal construction company, which directly implements our drawings with the latest laser technology. Changes are defined exclusively by us - so a CLENA frame always remains a CLENA frame.
